“How does the king make money?  He charges 2 Euros a stamp!”

Lindau – Lichtenstein - Lake Como

Milo was in need to a tune up so that was our number one priority of the day because the list of wounds just keeps getting longer.  (Today we can add that win it’s raining and we go into a tunnel the windows and windshield completely fog over making it impossible to see out). Found a mechanic, gave him a list and let him go to it.  He was done 30 minutes and 50 Euros later, fantastic.  Well it was fantastic until we realized a few hours later he had done little more than spray WD40 on the accelerator.

Oh well, EurHair drives on.

Can you find Lichtenstein on the map?  It’s not easy, it’s a mere 26x9 km, seriously it’s smaller than Manhattan. But worth the stop as they give you a passport stamp and we can give it the ubiquitous check. Nothing particularly exciting to note except that postage stamps costs 2 Euros each (I wish I would have known that before I asked for 12!).

There’s not really much else to write about, we finally crossed the Italian border and pulled into a rainy Lake Como (George is nowhere to be seen unfortunately), and drove up the mountain to our hotel.  Easy reading day for you viewers out there.
